What to Expect

Today, we're a remote-first team with a main office hub in LA, where the team goes in 2-3 days per week. The rest of our team is distributed across the U.S., with a growing presence in NYC. We strive to compensate and offer benefits that are above market for the given role and stage of the company. Pay may be a combination of salary, commission, and/or equity depending on role and seniority. Full time employees are eligible for health benefits and 401k enrollment.


You should expect a self-regulated PTO policy and a culture that promotes using at least three continuous weeks every year. (Yes, 12 days of camping with no cell service is encouraged—fresh air is good for us). We sign off at 2:30 p.m. on Fridays, observe long weekends, and respect that some days, you wake up and your head just ain’t in it.


We encourage each other's pursuit of hobbies, passions, and experiences outside of work. We acknowledge that careers tend to be zig-zags, not straight lines. This is great as long as the time spent working is fulfilling. Basically, our jobs do not define us, but they can add purpose.




$130,000 - $150,000 a year
Who You Are
You're a strategic partnerships executer with a proven track record of building and scaling partnership programs in the B2B SaaS space. You'll play a role in developing and executing Topanga’s partnership strategy across both technology integrations and contract management partnerships, with the sole focus of expanding our market reach and accelerating growth.

You bring 3-5+ years of partnership experience, with 2+ years managing channel partnerships and developing go-to-market strategies. Experience working with food service providers, enterprise SaaS platforms, or in FoodTech is highly valued. You have a demonstrated ability to identify potential partnerships, make the business case for the partnership, and a deep understanding of how to build mutually beneficial relationships that drive revenue growth.

As Topanga's first Partnerships hire, you'll work directly with the CRO to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with our growth objectives. You'll create scalable processes for partnership activation, lead strategic negotiations, and serve as the primary contact for key partners. Success metrics include increasing qualified buyers, driving partner-sourced revenue, reducing sales cycles, and raising average contract values. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Development, and Client Success teams while representing Topanga at industry events.

Your success will be measured by your ability to increase qualified buyers of Topanga’s solutions, drive partner-sourced revenue, reduce sales cycles, increase average contract values, and ultimately support in building out a robust partner ecosystem that positions Topanga as a leading technology solution for commercial kitchen operations.

Salary range is based on experience, skillset and interview performance. Company equity may be offered as part of this role.
