Talent Acquisition Specialist

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talents
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage with potential candidates
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to assess qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Support the selection and offer process, including reference checks and employment negotiations
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in construction & real estate field
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
