Position Summary

The Senior Business Systems Manager reports to the Vice President, Global Operations and Supply Chain, and after onboarding and training will report into the CFO, The Senior Business Systems manager will be responsible and accountable for the overall development, delivery, maintenance, continuity and support of our critical computer systems. The ideal candidate will take a lead role in the implementation, operation, and maintenance of enterprise software systems and business process automation. This role involves providing user support, managing data integrity, and driving process improvements. In this role, you will organize roles, workflows, and dashboards to meet user needs, collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the system and optimize accounting processes using native NetSuite features. This summary provides a high-level overview and is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.

  • Direct Reports: None
  • Key Internal Relationships: Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, accounting, Product Management, Technical Support, Customer Service, G&A and Executive’s

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain system controls for NetSuite software, Salesforce CRM, and other assigned systems
  • Partner with sales operations to optimize lead-to-customer workflows, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer records
  • Configure and manage CRM dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for sales performance and pipeline management
  • Design and implement workflows to automate sales processes, such as lead assignment, quote generation, and approval workflows
  • Advanced understanding of the accounting process and best practices in NetSuite
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to configure and optimize the Advanced Manufacturing module for production planning, work orders, and scheduling
  • Perform regular data audits, check error logs and resolve issues identified
  • Develop and document company-wide standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of NetSuite implementation
  • Maintain and optimize the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud for accurate forecasting and financial planning
  • Publish, maintain and modify processes and procedures to ensure consistency and objectives are achieved using NetSuite best practices. Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency and system adoption
  • Project based additions and reorganizations of new company resources
  • Manage technical Support CRM system (in salesforce) to continually improve customer service, including reporting and Dashboards
  • Help manage product SKU’s, Descriptions and Price catalogue in Salesforce including supporting 3rd party price increases, and product reporting.
  • Manage Partner pricing levels based on Sales-attainment goals
  • Help automate quote generation and system configuration options in Salesforce.

Education, Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred and or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in NetSuite software experience, administering, implementing, and customizing business processes in the NetSuite ERP in physical security, technology, manufacturing, or enterprise B2B industries preferred.
  • Experience with all core NetSuite phases required, including Design to Build, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with iPaaS data systems strongly preferred, specifically Celigo
  • Experience with Advanced Manufacturing module is strongly preferred
  • Oracle NetSuite Administrator certification required
  • Extensive experience with roles, permissions, forms, advanced PDFs, and workflows
  • Proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Flow, and other NetSuite customization tools
  • Hands-on experience with XML systems and third-party integration tools a plus
  • Experience with NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management a plus
  • Experience with Oracle’s NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud is preferred
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Pay & Compensation

At Hirsch, we believe in rewarding our team members fairly and transparently. Your base salary is a critical component of our comprehensive compensation package, designed to reflect your skills, experience, and performance. We provide a structured salary range that allows for growth and advancement as you progress in your role. Our compensation philosophy ensures that your contributions are recognized and rewarded, promoting both your professional development and personal well-being.

Base Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000
