Senior Product Manager, Medical Imaging Foundation Models

Role Description:

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and execution of HOPPR’s medical grade platform focusing on scalable infrastructure and tooling that empower customers. This includes leading the design and development of self-service fine-tuning tools, customer-facing dashboards, and seamless API integrations with diverse customer applications. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the platform provides an intuitive experience and drives customer success. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps for HOPPR’s medical grade platform ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. 
  • Engage a core group of stakeholders, both internal and external, to inform and shape the product roadmap. 
  • Understand customer needs, perform market research and evaluate the competitive landscape and translate those findings into well-defined requirements for the engineering team. 
  • Define and prioritize product requirements for self-service fine-tuning tools, APIs, and customer-facing dashboards. 
  • Drive end-to-end execution for HOPPR's medical grade platform, ensuring scalability, ease of use, security and compliance. 
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure platform features meet customer needs, maintain high-quality standards, and support future growth.  
  • Partner with engineering to work through implementation details, spec reviews, design reviews and ensure the on-time delivery of features.  
  • Partner with product management counterparts on delivering the whole solution.  
  • Work closely with product management and leadership teams to develop and support the go-to-market strategy.  
  • Develop and communicate clear product messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to various customer segments. 

Qualifications:

  • BS, MS, or PHD in engineering or relevant field 
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of defining, developing, and launching successful AI-driven products in healthcare. 
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is advantageous. 
  • Experience with agile development. 
  • Ability to translate and articulate complicated and/or ambiguous business problems into easily understood solutions and functional requirements. 
  • Ability to define and analyze key product metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Experience working on products across the full product lifecycle (conception, development, go-to-market, and post launch support). 
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable, customer-focused solutions. 
  • Proven written and oral communication skills and ability to influence colleagues. 
  • Ability to travel to the HOPPR on-sites and customer sites up to 25% of the time.
