Our partner, Dataphoria, is seeking a dedicated professional to champion customer success by driving the adoption and implementation of their sustainability platform. The core focus of this role is to follow up with customers, ensuring they receive the necessary support to implement the product effectively and on time. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey and aligning project objectives with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Success & Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing guidance, resources, and solutions to ensure timely and successful implementation of our platform.
- Implementation Planning: Collaborate with clients to create tailored implementation plans, monitor progress, and address potential roadblocks to meet agreed timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, delivering updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Project Coordination: Track project milestones and metrics, ensuring objectives are met within scope and budget.
- Product Enablement: Provide training and onboarding support, empowering clients to maximize the value of our product.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (certifications in PMP or Customer Success are a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, project management, or implementation roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
