Healthcare Project Manager

iKnowHealth S.A. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Project Manager with solid experience in healthcare projects to join our team. As a leading provider of software solutions for the healthcare and radiology industries, our goal is to improve productivity, enhance access to information, and lower the overall cost of managing large volumes of data efficiently and effectively.

We specialize in developing and distributing the Evorad® certified clinical software, a complete RIS / PACS / WORKSTATION suite that covers all the needs of a radiology department. Our software offers customizable user roles, multi-task scheduling, complete audit trails, and customizable medical reports. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget by following the company’s policies and workflows. 
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and maintain details on internal systems. 
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. 
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 
• Overview the Business Analysis with the client. 

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relative fields. A post graduate degree will also be appreciated.  
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector. Prior experience in healthcare projects and/or public sector projects will be strongly appreciated.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Technical skills and background. 
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills (creating and presenting).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• PMP/PMI/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
