Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

iKnowHealth, part of iKnowHow Group, is a product-based company that has developed a software solution used in the medical sector, particularly for radiology diagnostic equipment.

Blend Technologies, part of iKnowHow Group, is a brand-new Technology and Innovation solutions company, which brings bespoke services and solutions to drive the new Industry 4.0 era and holds a profound comprehension of the technologies shaping the future, Cloud, Cyber Security and AI.

In the past few years, our HR team has played a crucial role in supporting a workforce that has grown by over 80%. As we enter 2025, with new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics, our Talent Acquisition Team is also growing.

We are now looking for a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist with solid working experience to work in our new challenging external projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding for external projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data to evaluate and improve hiring processes, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Regularly present data-driven insights and reports to leadership to inform talent acquisition strategies.
  • Provide people support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience and strong engagement.
  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to improve our recruitment strategy and approach.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the tech industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring for a range of technical roles in both internal and external projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and metrics tracking related to recruitment performance
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Experience in the Greek and Global technology market.
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to leverage metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
