As a member of the Creator Solutions team, our in-house influencer marketing experts, you will contribute to multiple accounts across verticals, including fashion, parenting, food, technology, and more. We design and manage campaigns for clients from introductory tests to year-long brand ambassador programs. In this role, you will support campaign execution and senior team members on a variety of larger programs.
Supports execution, from casting through reporting
Joins kick-off calls, noting action items and questions from clients
Communicates with creators, including negotiation, in partnership with Account Managers
Provides excellent customer service and expertise, ensuring both the clients and creators are happy and impressed with our services
Completing ad hoc tasks within the team as per the requirements
Relevant Bachelor's Degree preferred
0-2 years experience contributing to influencer marketing programs
Familiarity with budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfillment, draft approvals, reporting, etc.
Previous agency experience is a major plus
Knowledge of influencers across verticals and influencer rates are a major plus
Knowledge of social media platforms
Communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides or Excel & Powerpoint
*Strong preference will be given to candidates who have earned their free Influencer Certification.
Please note that this is a six-month internship and that this is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will be required to be in office a minimum of two days a week.
