Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong IT background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record in managing complex IT projects. This role requires expertise in Data Center to Cloud Migration, Software Implementation, and Agile Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for IT initiatives, including Data Center to Cloud Migration and Software Implementation.
• Document workflows and processes to ensure clarity and efficiency.
• Develop and build comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
• Oversee the implementation and management of Content Management Platforms.
• Conduct technology evaluations to identify and recommend optimal solutions.
• Utilize Adobe Products for various project needs.
• Scope scripting tasks to automate processes and enhance project efficiency.
• Design and manage database schemas to support project requirements.
• Apply Agile Project Management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Use JIRA and Smartsheet for project tracking and management.
• Create detailed diagrams and workflows using Visio.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Strong background in IT, with hands-on experience in Data Center to Cloud Migration and Software Implementation.
• Proficiency in documenting workflows and building Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
• Experience with Content Management Platforms and technology evaluations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Products, scripting, and database design/schema.
• Expertise in Agile Project Management, with experience using JIRA and Smartsheet.
• Proficient in creating diagrams and workflows using Visio.
• Comprehensive understanding of Physical & Virtual LAN/WAN principles & subnetting
• Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity,
• Understanding of database & data schemas
• Understanding of basic DAM and PIM concepts
