We are looking for a passionate Product Support Specialist to join our team.
What will you do:
- Act as the main point of contact for customer support inquiries
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of products, including their features, use cases, and potential issues
- Test new product features, updates, and bug fixes
- Monitor and report support metrics to improve customer experience and product performance
- Manage and oversee the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth and successful start.
- Develop, update, and maintain help articles, FAQs, and support guides.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline support, share insights, and shape the product roadmap.
What we expect:
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers and teams.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and data analysis skills.
- Quick understanding of product features, troubleshooting and product releases testing.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
