Inbound Customer Service Representative (USA working hours)

Work Hours: This role requires you to work US based hours (EST) (15h00 - 24h00 SAST).

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. 

• Healthcare Knowledge: Basic experience preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided. 

• Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years preferred; inbound phone experience a plus. 

• Attention to Detail: Accurate and detail oriented. 

• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 

• Computer Skills: Proficient with technology and data entry systems. 

• Home Office: Quiet, distraction-free environment with reliable high-speed internet.
