About the role

Jaybro is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to play a pivotal role in leading and delivering strategic transformation initiatives.

Reporting to the Transformation Manager, this position is responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines, within budget and aligned with business priorities.

This position is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Engage key stakeholders to foster collaboration, alignment, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
• Drive change management efforts to support smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and performance insights to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless execution of deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in project management.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and external stakeholders.
• Optimise resource allocation to enhance efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standards.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within transformation, business change, or technology-driven projects.
• Relevant qualifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications) are highly regarded.
• Previous experience implementing SAP S/4 HANA.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Experience working in a transformation or change management environment is an advantage.
