One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead demand growth initiatives focused on enterprise segments. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns using account-based marketing (ABM), precise segmentation, and targeted outreach to drive pipeline and revenue. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll align outbound strategies with company objectives, manage campaign performance, and continuously optimize tactics to improve engagement and conversion rates. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in shaping marketing strategies that directly impact enterprise growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies tailored to enterprise accounts.
  • Drive integrated campaigns across digital, webinars, ABM, and events to fuel pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure alignment on objectives and execution.
  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation and measurable ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to improve future outcomes.
  • Innovate marketing approaches to strengthen enterprise engagement and drive market expansion.

  • Minimum of 5 years in enterprise-focused demand generation, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience with ABM strategies targeting enterprise audiences.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, Notion, and Looker or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing practices including persona development and conversion optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to support GTM initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of the enterprise customer journey.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with capital markets, and experience marketing to private and public capital sectors.
  • Competitive salary range: $79,000 – $140,000 USD, depending on experience and location
