At Kerby & Cristina Real Estate, we run multiple fast-growing businesses across the real estate and property space - including one of the top real estate teams in Minnesota, a SaaS business, and private lending. We’re investing heavily into digital marketing and are now ready to bring a dedicated Ads Manager on board to take full ownership of our ad strategy across all business units. We’re looking for an Ads Manager (PPC & Meta) to take full ownership of our ad strategy across multiple brands - from real estate to software and hard money lending. You’ll be stepping into a high-responsibility role where your skills will directly impact lead generation, ad performance, and business growth. If you thrive on data, love tweaking campaigns for better ROI, and know how to spot trends before they show up in a dashboard, this is your moment.

In this role, you will:

📊 Take over and manage Google PPC campaigns across multiple platforms

📱 Launch and scale Meta ads with a focus on quality lead generation

💼 Develop and run LinkedIn ads for professional targeting

🧠 Collaborate with founders to test new ad sets for emerging business units

📈 Track ROI, analyze performance, and make daily optimizations

🗣️ Provide daily updates and flag issues early with solutions, not problems

🧪 Work with external mentors to level up campaign performance and strategy

Working Hours ⏰: Core working hours of 12pm-8pm CET (overlapping with US Central Time (Minnesota) until 1pm CST)

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

✅ 5+ years of experience managing PPC and Meta ad campaigns focused on lead generation

✅ Strong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization, tracking, and ROI analysis

✅ Ability to manage ad spend across multiple business units and platforms

✅ Comfortable with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads

✅ Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach

✅ Confident with ad tools, dashboards, and performance reports

Bonus Points for:

⭐ Familiarity with real estate or SaaS industries

⭐ Experience building ad creatives or collaborating on visual assets

What’s in it for you?

💰 $3,000–$3,750 per month*

🕒 Full-time, fully remote role
