About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and helping us expand our market presence in the digital sports and gaming industry.
Your primary focus will be on building relationships with prospects, nurturing leads, and effectively conveying the value of our innovative products. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales and eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and email campaigns with the aim of booking meetings and generating interest in our offerings.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and develop strategies to increase lead conversion.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads in our CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-through on opportunities.
- Market Feedback: Gather insights from potential clients and relay this information to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
In 6 months, you’ll:
- Have developed a solid pipeline of prospects and converted leads into opportunities.
- Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies.
- Become a go-to expert on our product offerings, assisting in onboarding new clients.
- Established a reputation for being proactive and results-oriented in your approach.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
