About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Gaming Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding iGaming Division at KingMakers. This role operates within a matrix structure across several brands, including BetKing and SuperSportBet, in both established and emerging jurisdictions. Reporting to the Head of Gaming, the coordinator will manage all operational facets of the gaming vertical. This includes, but is not limited to, game enablement, lobby management, performance analysis and recommendations, as well as supporting the commercial team in cultivating relationships with third-party game providers.
The position requires effective management of internal and external stakeholders, collaboration with cross-functional teams, meticulous organization and documentation, along with a dedication to problem-solving and supporting revenue-generating commercial strategies.
What You Will Be Doing: ·
- Oversee the operational management of the gaming vertical starting with the game release roadmap via various integrations and from various game providers, using CMS – experience with Strapi or similar programs is an advantage.
- Manage the gaming lobby, including game selection, positioning, (sub)categories and relevant testing for optimal player experience.
- Maintain a strong relationship with internal stakeholders from various teams such as Product, Tech, Creatives and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of projects, continuity and growth of the gaming business.
- Manage and coordinate the production of gaming content with other teams, incl. creating thumbnails, briefs, reviewing content, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials to help tailor the best content for the right customer segmentation
- Work closely with the SEO team to optimize online content for search engines and help drive traffic
- Partner with the Head of Gaming in third party business relationships and commercial performance analysis to maximize the value of the Gaming content
- Act as the main contact for escalations coming from the SOC, PayOps and CS Teams and ensuring proper escalations to the relevant (external) stakeholders
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in gaming operations preferably in a multi-brand, fast-paced online working environment
- In-depth knowledge of gaming content creation and management, including experience with creating briefs and reviewing content for quality and compliance
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques to optimize online content
- Experience working with creative teams and providing clear briefs and guidance to ensure the production of high-quality content
- Proficiency in using various content management systems (CMS) to handle and publish online content
- Strong understanding of lobby management in an online gaming environment, including game selection, positioning, and staging vs. production
- Proven experience in coordinating and collaborating with different resources and stakeholders to achieve project and business objectives
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with vendors, ensuring timely and quality delivery of products and services
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional online igaming experiences
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and innovations within the online gaming industry
