In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring that they receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have. Pay: $15 - $16 Per Hour

Working Hours: Part -Time

Shifts: 3-11PM shift but looking for someone with flexibility

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide helpful information
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
• Assist with other front desk duties as needed

• Prior customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous hotel experience is a plus
