Role: Amazon Case Specialist
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $6 - $9 (negotiable based on experience)
Lago is seeking an Amazon Case Specialist to join our dynamic ecommerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex customer inquiries and issues through the Amazon platform. Your ability to analyze problems and communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be essential in providing the best possible service and support to our customers. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a deep understanding of Amazon’s policies and processes.
What You’ll Do:
As an Amazon Case Specialist, you will handle a variety of cases escalated from customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues related to order fulfillment, account health, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve cases on the Amazon platform, adhering to company policies and Amazon’s guidelines
- Investigate and respond to seller and buyer issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Work closely with the logistics and customer service teams to improve overall customer experience
- Monitor case trends and provide feedback to management on policy or operational issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and case resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions based on case findings
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing cases or customer service issues on Amazon or a similar ecommerce platform
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s polices, processes, and standard operating procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and data management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in account management or seller support on Amazon
- Familiarity with case escalation procedures and resolution best practices
