The Role

As our first Growth Outbound Specialist at Lago, you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth, generating pipeline for the Sales team, and continuously experimenting with new ways to engage potential customers. You will work closely with the GTM team and Lago's founders to craft campaigns that resonate with our audience, leverage multiple outbound channels, and optimize messaging to convert interest into tangible opportunities.

You’ll be the first person fully dedicated to our lead generation strategy. There’s a huge potential for Lago, and you’ll have a lot of impact as you’ll be in charge of it.

This role is perfect for a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to test and refine innovative growth strategies.


What You’ll Be Doing

•Develop and execute multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns, leveraging email, LinkedIn, events, and other relevant channels to generate high-quality leads.

•Conduct extensive research on our ICPs and personas to improve positioning and messaging, working closely with the GTM team.

•Continuously test and optimize different outreach tactics, messaging, and formats to maximize engagement and pipeline growth.

•Craft compelling content for outbound campaigns, including email sequences and landing pages.

•Design and implement nurturing campaigns to re-activate qualified leads and nurture the pipeline.

•Conduct A/B testing on messaging, formats, and channels to optimize conversion rates and engagement.

•Monitor and evaluate key top-funnel metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize outreach efforts, and refine strategies for greater impact and scalability.

•Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in B2B outbound marketing, integrating new tools and tactics into the growth strategy.


Who You Are

•Fluent in English.

•At least one similar experience generating pipeline for sales teams.

•Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.

•Experience selling to technical personas (developers, product leaders, CTOs) is a huge advantage.

•Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

•Highly creative and resourceful, always looking for innovative ways to generate interest and engagement.

•Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and ability to craft campaigns tailored to specific personas, industries, and use cases.

•Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance, suggest improvements, and optimize accordingly.
