Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, administrative assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position with expected hours M-F 8:30am-5pm.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for opening title files and logging title orders.
  • Responsible for coordinating and scheduling real estate closings with agents and clients.
  • Arranges pickup and delivery of closing packages and documents.
  • Ordering Special Assessment Letters.
  • Recording legal documents as required.
  • Provide Closing Services when needed
  • All other administrative duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work with confidential information and data
  • Knowledge of office equipment (computers, fax machine, printers, telephone systems)
  • Strong computer skills - including Microsoft Office, Internet and other

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior title insurance or real estate experience preferred
  • Administrative assistant experience preferred.
