Marketing Content Creator

The role you’ll play 

You’ll be leading and driving forward our content designed to drive demand and customer success at each stage of the customer journey. Your tasks will vary and range from developing strong creative concepts that resonates with our commercial audiences and that supports LanguageWires key messages, positioning and product launches to writing blog posts, building whitepapers and creating content for our new website. As a tech-led company, fueled by the most advanced technology (AI), we have ambitious plans to boost our market presence, and we would like you to support this journey by creating content that is bold, engaging, and always with a customer-first mindset. You’ll be working closely together with your peers in Marketing, as well as other key stakeholders internally and externally, in order to drive forward content development independently.

You’ll become part of our global marketing team based in Denmark and Spain, where you’ll be working from our office in Valencia. With a presence in 20 cities around Europe, and the US, we have touchpoints around the globe and act as a central hub for global marketing and branding. We’re an international team with a curious and open mindset, and a team where learning from and supporting each other is always a priority.,  

 

If you want to make a difference, make it with us by… 

  • Writing, editing, re-purposing and publishing engaging content across channels that’s effective in evoking the right actions – at a pace where we impress our colleagues and customers by the throughput we generate.
  • Empower our sales team through creating and structuring best in class content for them to open and close new clients, e.g. blog posts, customer stories and campaigns. 
  • Engage existing and potential customers through email, including product update newsletters, marketing newsletters, and targeted campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. 
  • Work closely together with our stakeholders in other divisions to deeply understand their domain and take their insights to our customers (e.g. AI with our Product & Tech division).
  • Empower our customer success teams through creating engaging campaigns and collateral to drive demand and an excellent customer experience at each stage of the customer journey.  
  • Ad hoc content development, e.g. for new product launches.
  • Drive strategic projects, measure communications impact, identify best practice, test new channels and formats, and set future direction, thus creating a new path for how Languagewire communicates with customers. 
  • Create, optimize and repurpose compelling content in orchestrated plans across platforms, using tactics such as email marketing, social selling, content marketing etc.

What you’ll need to bring 

  • Min. 3 years' experience from a similar position 
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills (high English proficiency), and delivering at high frequency with a can-do attitude 
  • Strong ability to communicate complex content simply at different stages of the customer journey and across channels 
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics 

 

This will make you stand out  

  • Min. a bachelor’s degree within marketing, communication and/or journalism 
  • Experience from a B2B software company 
  • A strong visual eye 
  • Great, or straight up awesome, in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud 
  • Passion for digital marketing 
  • A lover of all tech, and a natural ability to transform complex technology into strong customer outcomes
