Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support project managers in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Track project progress and address potential delays or issues.
• Prepare and distribute project status updates and reports.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Support procurement activities, including material and equipment ordering.
