What You Will Be Doing:

Drawing up and executing the annual marketing plan, executing the advertising strategies (ATL & BTL).

Managing the new product development process (launches & relaunches).

Tracking activities and analyzing the market, consumers, and competition to understand trends and drivers and to develop data-driven strategies.

Managing creative, media and digital marketing agencies for flawless execution of the marketing plans, in timely manner.

Monitor and analyze our brand performance, and subsequently take the right corrective action.

Contribute to the development of the media strategy, brief the agency on it and follow up on the media plan

You’ll Be Great For This Role If:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

8+ years proven experience in brand management or related roles, preferably in e-commerce sector and 2 years in team management.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and online consumer behavior.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable business impact.
