Position Overview

The Payroll and Admin Specialist we are looking for will ensure accurate and timely administration of payroll, PH government statutories and benefits, in compliance with Philippine labor laws. The right candidate should be proficient in both HRIS payroll systems and manual payroll processes, expert in Google Sheets, and strong in compliance of employee statutory contributions (BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG and PhilHealth). 


Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Process payroll for 100+ employees ensuring accuracy in calculations for overtime, holiday pay, allowances and relevant deductions.
  • Process Improvement: Utilize HRIS to streamline payroll processes and maintain accurate records for audits including but not limited to collecting BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig documentation from new hires.
  • Compliance: Prepare, process and remit government-mandated contributions (BIR, SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG while staying up to date with PH tax regulations & statutory requirements. 
  • Employee Benefits: Oversee enrollment, updating and termination of employee benefits such as HMO, group insurance and other company benefits. 
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits. 
  • Reporting: Prepare reports for management review and analysis. 
  • Additional Tasks: Provide support with occasional finance and administrative tasks. 


Requirements
  • 3 years experience in Philippine payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge in PH tax regulations and government-mandated benefits.
  • Proficient in both HRIS and manual payroll processing.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets.
