Position Overview: 

We are looking for a proficient GoHighLevel & HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize both our GoHighLevel CRM and HubSpot platforms. This individual will handle administrative tasks, build and manage automations, sales funnels, and provide technical support to ensure smooth platform operations. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in CRM platforms, with a focus on driving efficiency and enhancing client engagement across both systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and administer both GoHighLevel CRM and HubSpot platforms
  • Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels, campaigns, and sales pages
  • Create and implement SMS and email messaging sequences, including reminders and follow-ups
  • Provide technical support and ensure system automations are functioning correctly
  • Integrate data with third-party tools and manage course content.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems and integrations.
  • Create, manage, and optimize automated workflows across marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Clean, organize, and document CRM properties, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Build and refine reports and dashboards to provide up-to-date performance insights.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and onboarding processes.
  • Implement new HubSpot features and refine existing processes to improve functionality.
  • Provide support and training to team members on effective platform usage.
  • Integrate and exchange data between GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and other third-party tools.
  • Ensure a frictionless experience for clients through seamless platform usage.
  • Manage system permissions and ensure high-quality data flow across all platforms.


Skills and Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience with GoHighLevel and HubSpot CRMs
  • HubSpot certifications are highly desirable
  • Experience in building sales funnels, automations, and messaging sequences.
  • Integration experience with Zapier, Make and API.
  • Experience with APIs and integrations is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on process optimization.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.


Additional Information:
  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week).
  • Monday to Friday, 11 PM - 8 AM (Philippines Standard Time).
  • Fully remote work setup.
