Project Manager IV

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support T&E (Travel and Expense) and Payments-related initiatives. This role focuses on project management, process and program improvement, and coordinating cross-functional and vendor-related activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational expertise and operational excellence to enhance financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust strategies for our Global Expense, Cards, and Payment programs, ensuring policies and processes support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of corporate card programs, enhancing financial efficiency and accountability through improved tracking, issuing, and reconciliation processes.
  • Support Request for Proposal (RFP) initiatives, including vendor review and selection, to achieve business objectives such as fraud compliance, improved user experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and manage outsourced operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Summary: The ideal candidate is a top performer with experience in high-tech global organizations, consulting firms, or data science roles that support business operations. Success in this position requires strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex, large-scale financial operations while remaining detail-oriented and hands-on.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of business experience, including at least 5 years in Finance Operations or a related field, with exposure to global operations.
  • Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments, navigating complex organizational structures and fostering effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency with data tools and platforms, including Concur, Oracle, and Excel, with experience analyzing financial data and preparing reports.
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects, setting clear priorities, and managing multiple demands and resources effectively.
  • Track record of process improvements through innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners and leadership to effectively communicate and manage project expectations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects of financial management is a plus.
  • Strong investigative skills and ability to self-serve, gather required data, and manage business projects.
  • Experience leading outsourced teams and managing supplier relationships effectively.

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract 7 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
