Digital Marketing Executive

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing our digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive quality leads. You'll work hand-in-hand with various departments to ensure our marketing initiatives align with our business objectives and resonate with our diverse clientele.

Compensation: £34,000 – £36,300

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. Hybrid working would be considered after completing probation

What will you do?

• Create and manage engaging content for our website and social media channels.
• Assist in the execution of captivating online marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, PPC, and email marketing, to enhance our brand’s visibility.
• Track and evaluate online performance metrics, refining strategies to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and the sales team to develop marketing materials that embody our brand identity.
• Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and insights that shape our digital marketing strategies.
• Oversee our everyday social media activities and engage with our online community to encourage interaction.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and management of email marketing campaigns, including special promotions, and blog posts.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Suggest innovative ideas for ongoing improvements and creative marketing initiatives.

• Demonstrated expertise in a digital marketing position, preferably within a B2B context.
• A degree or qualification (CIM) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline is highly regarded.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, tools, techniques, and social media marketing.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and various social media advertising platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
• A creative thinker with a genuine enthusiasm for marketing and keeping pace with digital trends.
• Experience with marketing automation tools will be considered an asset.
