Lynx Therapeutics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the health and wellness of our clients. You will work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans and ensure optimal health outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, medical histories, and care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to design and implement effective patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle changes to improve their well-being.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during challenging times.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of North Carolina.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
