About the Role

This dynamic role involves the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing management of contracted mental health counselors. Under the guidance of the Director of International Workplace Health Operations you will oversee assigned operations, ensuring that providers are trained and have ongoing support with regards to our administrative systems. Lyra Health is looking for a person with operations and provider relations experience who is energized by engaging with clinicians, building and managing relationships as well as improving the overall provider experience. Experience working with international providers is preferred. This is a people leader role with direct management of a small team. You should be an organized, personable manager who is comfortable with ambiguity, willing to dig in to solve complex problems, naturally collaborative and passionate about making a difference.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as people manager to small operational team
  • Develop a tactical/operational plan for the team, prioritizing work and delegating effectively across team members Works with the manager to adjust the team roadmap as needed
  • Responsible for team performance and associated program metrics
  • Achieve or exceed KPIs related to provider relations, including: provider engagement, connected calendar adoption, in person availability, available appointment slots, diversity characteristics
  • Lead, develop and execute strategies to enable and engage international providers outside the United States, with a holistic focus from planning for network adequacy, recruitment, contracting, onboarding, and orientation, to ongoing relationship management, to network performance
  • Optimize our provider network to maximize network adequacy and ensure providers recognize and appreciate the value Lyra brings to them
  • Ensure Lyra has accurate provider records while managing the timeliness and cost of onboarding and maintaining provider information
  • Actively support provider onboarding and enablement in collaboration with team
  • Interpret data and continually work to optimize network
  • Manage implementations of new country launches with local partner providers
  • Proactively identify workflow problems, gaps and inefficiencies and implement solutions including process and policy revisions
  • Have solid operational skills; ability to recognize workflow problems and redesign and document new processes and workflows


Qualifications
  • 8+ years provider relations and/or management clinical operations work experience with a Bachelor's degree, Masters degree preferred
  • Planning, problem-solving and critical thinking skills to anticipate, avert, or resolve issues in network adequacy and use of technology
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal cross-cultural communication skills; able to skillfully adjust communications for different audiences to influence coordinated action
  • Passionate about improving mental health care and excited by our mission of leveraging technology to scale access to evidence-based therapies
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple provider types and provider demands
  • Prior experience working in a technology environment a plus


$106,000 - $163,000 a year
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Manager, International Provider Relations is $106,000 - $163,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
