  • Lead development of media outreach initiatives including media lists, pitch letters, key messaging documents, fact sheets and press releases; ongoing management of monitoring and trackers
  • Monitor and identify market trends, cultural shifts, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and anticipate challenges
  • Maintain speaking and award programs to elevate profile of Lyra brand and SMEs
  • Track, monitor and amplify press coverage for internal and external visibility
  • Source and develop proactive PR campaigns, including identifying story targets, developing messaging, collaborating across teams to gather supporting data points, preparing spokespeople and coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
  • Support the development of integrated communications plans and strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders across the marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Support thought leadership and subject matter expert programs
  • Create comprehensive, insightful reports detailing the effectiveness of PR efforts

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of corporate communications and/or public relations experience with at least 2+ years of agency experience preferred.
  • Track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies for B2B, technology, or healthcare companies.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop clear and concise communications for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience developing, preparing, and coaching spokespeople at all levels
  • Strong strategic thinking, ability to work across different groups and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
