About the Role:

We are seeking a Performance Enablement Specialist to drive employee performance through targeted training, coaching, and enablement programs. You will play a key role in ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge, including product updates and sales skills, to perform at their best. This role will also focus on aligning teams with product changes, optimizing tool adoption, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the organization.


Responsibilities:
  • Training & Enablement
  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on performance, productivity, and new product releases.
  • Ensure teams are aligned with product changes and equipped to effectively communicate new features.
  • Update training materials regularly to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by providing ongoing support and training initiatives.
  • Collect feedback from employees and managers to identify areas for improvement in training and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, operational efficiency, and training needs.
  • Analyze performance data to adjust training efforts and maximize impact.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to support growth and enhance performance.
  • Manage the Monthly Sales Newsletter to ensure timely and relevant updates.
  • Ensure internal resources and LMS guides are up-to-date and aligned with business goals.

  • Skills & Tools Training
  • Develop and facilitate training on key sales skills, including the sales process and sales tools.
  • Conduct refresher training on sales tools to ensure team proficiency.
  • Create and update guides and training materials for tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others.
  • Support platform enrollment and schedule tool-specific training sessions.
  • Monitor tool adoption and usage, providing additional training for underperforming users.
  • Develop Scorecards and assess performance metrics for continuous improvement.

  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Track performance metrics, training outcomes, and tool usage to measure training effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports on employee progress, training impact, and tool adoption.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to training programs for continuous improvement.


Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ of experience in enablement, training, coaching, or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in creating and delivering training programs, especially for sales and performance tools.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, WorkRamp, and Guru (a plus).
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth across teams.

  • Approaches all tasks/projects from a hands-on, roll up your sleeves frame of mind


Work Environment:

We offer a mix of in-office and hybrid working. Hybrid remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Please refer to the job posting detail to determine what in-office requirements apply. Where applicable, hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. Please inquire for more details.


Pay Transparency/Equity:

We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience.  Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
