The Director of Innovation and New Programs is responsible for creating new opportunities for growth by identifying new markets, partnerships, and service lines consistent with Masada’s mission and strategic goals. The Director of Innovation and New Programs is expected to start up, develop and manage new programs. This position requires experience in financial and staff planning, program marketing and management, strong communication and teamwork skills, along with an entrepreneurial spirit. The Director of Innovation and New Programs is expected to exercise independent professional judgment and discretion in fulfilling the duties of the position and to demonstrate a commitment to the services and values of the agency. The position reports to the Chief Programs Officer.
Competitive Salary: $115,000-$150,000 per year.
