The Transition to Independence Process Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for participants in the TIP program. The TIP Coordinator empowers high school students by developing their leadership skills and supporting academic and personal growth with a focus on communication and mental and emotional wellness. The TIP Coordinator is expected to exercise independent professional judgment and discretion in the leadership of the program. The Transition to Independence Process Coordinator reports to the Chief Program Officer.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
2. Five years’ leadership experience in community- based youth advocacy or similar programs.
3. Valid California Driver’s License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.
Competitive Rate: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
