Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Brand and Product Senior Manager to lead the brand strategy for Masterbrand Cabinets. This role will drive growth, innovation, and market leadership through strategic marketing, product management, and brand development. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand and product management, preferably within the cabinet manufacturing industry. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, collaborating with functional leaders, and driving the brand's financial performance and growth. Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership and Brand Strategy 
    • Develop and execute an end-to-end strategy to grow the designated brand and solidify its market position 
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align the brand’s goals with overall business objectives and MBC portfolio strategy 
  • Financial Commercial and Operational Performance 
    • Monitor and manage product costs, margins, financial performance 
    • Prepare and present financial analyses and reports on brand performance 
    • Monitor commercial and operational performance and identify and support actions to drive improvement 
  • Product Management and Innovation 
    • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives
    • Develop detailed product specifications, requirements, and roadmaps 
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and end-of-life decisions 
  • Strategic Pricing 
    • Develop pricing strategies that balance market competitiveness and profitability 
  • Channel Marketing and Dealer Training 
    • Responsible for channel marketing and communications 
    • Ensure training content aligns with the premium positioning and value proposition of the brands
    • Support implementation of training programs to enhance brand knowledge for internal teams and customers 
  • Promotion and Sales Support 
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns 
    • Provide sales teams with product training, sales tools, and support materials 
    • Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and gather market intelligence 
  • Performance Analysis
    • Measure the effectiveness of brand and product strategies using key performance indicators. 
    • Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance strategies 
  • Team Leadership 
    • Lead and mentor a team supporting marketing efforts, training programs, and graphic design.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration 
    • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure successful product development and delivery. 
    • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams to achieve product goals. 
    • Resolve issues and remove obstacles to ensure product success. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales and product development
  • Experience in cabinet manufacturing highly desired
  • Proven track record in brand management and strategy development across multiple channels
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends
  • Ability to synthesize data and drive prioritization across the organization
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational priorities
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% as business needs require
  • Passion for the industry and strong desire to win
