Snapshot of the Role:

MasterClass is looking for a Senior Creative Producer, Marketing to oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing trailers and content—balancing on-set talent direction with post-production oversight. This role is ideal for a producer who can confidently step onto a set, directing talent for key marketing moments while also leading the post-production process to ensure high-quality, high-impact trailers and marketing assets.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to create industry-leading content that showcases our instructors and brand.

This is a remote position, but I should be based in Los Angeles for in-person presence on set, at events, etc. 

What You Will Do:

• Produce and direct talent on set for key marketing shoots, including trailer lines, social capture, and photography.
• Oversee and manage end-to-end production logistics, including scheduling, budgets, crew coordination, and vendor management.
• Lead post-production workflows, ensuring that trailers and assets are high-quality, brand-aligned, and delivered efficiently.
• Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders, talent, and cross-functional creative teams.
• Work alongside writers, editors, designers, and animators, ensuring smooth execution from concepts to final delivery.
• Drive efficiencies in trailer versioning and platform-specific optimizations.
• Ensure seamless integration of creative and production processes, balancing creative needs with logistical and technical execution.
• Troubleshoot production and post challenges with a problem-solving mindset and creative agility.
• Explore emerging AI-powered tools and technologies that can enhance efficiency in marketing content creation.

About You (Requirements:)

• 7+ years of experience in creative production, post-production, or marketing production.
• Experience directing talent on set, particularly for trailers, social content, or brand marketing.
• Strong post-production knowledge, with the ability to collaborate with a team of editors and motion designers.
• Self-sufficient in managing production logistics and on-set execution.
• Exceptional stakeholder and talent communication skills, with experience working directly with creative and marketing executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Passion for storytelling, marketing creative, and audience engagement.
• In-house experience is a plus but not required.
