About the role

Our Engineering Team is globally distributed and is growing in size. We are looking for an Project Support Officer with excellent coordination skills to help us with several day to day Engineering Delivery and Operational parts of the team. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with strong multi-tasking, facilitation, and team-building skills to provide comprehensive support to our engineering teams, ensuring efficient routine operations and the delivery of accurate, timely reports to business stakeholders.


What you’ll be doing
  • Support Engineering Teams: Monitor, analyse, and report on ticketing systems.
  • Manage Engineering Resources: Handle procurement (PR/PO) related activities including licence management for Engineering tools & systems.
  • Support Onboarding and Process Improvement: Assist with system and employee onboarding, implement and document new processes.
  • Tracking Timesheets and Reporting: Tracking employee timesheets and providing capitalisation reports. 
  • Enhance Team Collaboration: Organise team events, training sessions, and facilitate Engineering related team meetings.
  • Facilitate Project Coordination: Assist the Technology Program Managers  and coordinate with stakeholders on Engineering projects as needed.
  • Liaise with External Partners: Collaborate with vendors, third parties, and customers as needed with sending product comms and related updates. 


What we are looking for
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and working in an ICT/IT Project Management environment.
  • Exceptional written presentation and communication skills, stakeholder management 
  • Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks to team members 
  • Have experience working and collaborating with third parties, vendors and customers 
  • Have the ability to take initiative and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment 
  • High-level time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects according to the prioritisation 
  • Highly motivated, attention to detail, and an ability to work autonomously
  • JIRA, Confluence and GSuite set of tools experience (highly preferred) 
  • Exposure or worked in a globally distributed / diverse culture is highly preferred
