Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Online Travel Agency, based remotely in Greece. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Danish-speaking customers as they navigate travel bookings, inquiries, and services. Your responsibilities include handling questions related to travel itineraries, pricing, cancellations, and reservations. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Danish for inquiries related to travel bookings.
- Assist customers with making, changing, and canceling travel reservations.
- Provide information about destinations, travel packages, and services.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
- Document interactions and feedback for service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and policies to provide accurate information.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, especially within the travel or online agency sector is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-driven approach.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage various customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with online booking systems or customer service software is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work in a remote environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
