Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch about streaming services and content.
• Assist users with account creation, subscription details, and content recommendations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming platforms, devices, and connectivity.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve user issues effectively.
• Stay updated on new releases, features, and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to support product improvements.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience in customer support, particularly in media, entertainment, or subscription services, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and customer service tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented individual with a proactive attitude and a desire to help others.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
