Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Food Delivery Service Department form one of our clients! In this exciting entry level role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they have an exceptional experience using our food delivery service. Your language skills will be essential in helping customers navigate our platform and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with questions regarding orders, delivery status, and account management
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Provide detailed information about promotions and menu options
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and efficiency
  • Participate in training sessions to stay current on service updates and enhancements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the food delivery or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
