Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Streaming TV & Movie Services Department. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding streaming services.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting playback issues, account setup, and subscription inquiries.
  • Provide detailed information about available content, new releases, and features of the platform.
  • Document and track customer interactions to contribute to service quality and improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, streaming content, and platform updates to enhance customer support.
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Experience in customer support, especially in the entertainment or streaming industry, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to guide customers through technical processes and offer effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with streaming services and technology is advantageous.
  • Proficient with customer service software and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
