Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is pleased to invite applications for the position of Dutch Speaking Consultant in our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our clients optimize their ticketing solutions and enhance their event experiences. As a consultant, you will offer personalized support and advice regarding ticket sales processes, event logistics, and customer engagement strategies. Your expertise in our online ticketing platform will enable you to guide clients in creating successful events while ensuring a smooth ticketing experience for attendees. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation to Dutch-speaking clients regarding online ticketing and event services.
  • Assist clients in setting up and managing ticket sales for various events.
  • Address inquiries and provide solutions related to ticketing processes and event management.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to effectively utilize our ticketing platform.
  • Analyze ticket sales data and deliver insights to enhance event success and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure operational excellence and support.
  • Document client interactions and feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service or consulting, preferably in the events or ticketing sector.
  • Strong understanding of online ticketing platforms and event management principles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage and support clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with software tools related to ticketing and event management is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to accommodate client events and deadlines.
