Portuguese Speaking Consultant for IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Departme

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Portuguese Speaking Consultant within our IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department for one of our clients. In this Entry Level key position, you will provide vital support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, helping them navigate their IT challenges and ensuring their systems are secure and efficient. Your role will be crucial in delivering customer satisfaction and enabling clients to leverage our cybersecurity solutions effectively.

As a consultant, you will troubleshoot technical issues, offer guidance on cybersecurity best practices, and conduct training sessions on our suite of IT solutions. Your expertise and dedication will help clients maintain secure and resilient IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding IT support and cybersecurity solutions
• Troubleshoot various IT issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
• Educate clients on cybersecurity best practices and assist with implementing security measures
• Conduct training sessions to familiarize clients with our IT support tools
• Document interactions and technical resolutions, maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex problems and improve services
• Stay informed of the latest trends in IT support and cybersecurity to enhance client assistance

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of IT support principles and cybersecurity practices is essential
• Experience in a customer-facing technical support role is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficient in technical support tools and software
• Able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients
• A genuine interest in technology and cybersecurity is highly desirable
