Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in German for telecom-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with service activations, troubleshooting, and account management.
• Address billing questions and provide clear explanations of charges and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for quality improvement.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Stay updated on telecom products, services, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the telecom or technology sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving capabilities.
