Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in German for inquiries related to veterinary services.
• Assist clients in scheduling and managing appointments for pet care services.
• Provide accurate information regarding treatments, procedures, and pet health inquiries.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues with care and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication regarding client needs.
• Stay informed about animal health trends and veterinary services to better assist clients.

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the veterinary or animal care sector.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in animal welfare.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and appointments efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
