In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their online shopping experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing order placements, resolving issues related to payments or returns, and addressing customer inquiries regarding products. Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service in Dutch for online retail inquiries.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.
• Address questions about product availability, features, and specifications.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in online retail or e-commerce.
• Strong communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer service software or online retail platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
