In this essential role, you will provide support to Dutch-speaking customers who are seeking assistance with veterinary services and pet care products. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries regarding service offerings, appointment scheduling, pet health advice, and product recommendations. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer assistance in Dutch for inquiries related to veterinary services and pet care.
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and navigating service options.
• Offer guidance on pet health and wellness products.
• Resolve customer concerns and inquiries efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain updated knowledge of veterinary services and pet care trends.
• Document customer interactions and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with veterinary staff to address customer inquiries accurately.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service, especially in veterinary or animal care is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping pet owners.
• Ability to learn quickly about veterinary services and pet health products.
• Familiarity with customer service software is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
