Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch about subscription services and benefits.
• Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, plan changes, and cancellations.
• Handle complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document and maintain records of customer interactions for quality assurance and training purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about product updates, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous service improvement.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Prior experience in customer support, especially in subscription-based services, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with customer support software and subscription management systems.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
