Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries and assist clients with questions related to our Imperial Department services
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
• Collect and relay customer feedback for service enhancement
• Stay informed about department offerings and service updates
• Participate in continuous training to improve customer service skills

• Fluency in both Italian and English with excellent communication abilities

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in relevant areas
