Polish Speaking Agent For Customer Service Department

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Polish
• Provide detailed information about our products and services
• Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and customer experience
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills
• Help create a positive and supportive team environment

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
