Mercier Consultancy is seeking a knowledgeable Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Smart Home Technology Department for one of our clients. In this dynamic entry level role, you will assist our Spanish-speaking customers in understanding and utilizing our innovative smart home products and services.

Your fluency in Spanish is essential as you support clients with inquiries regarding product features, installation, and troubleshooting, ensuring they have a seamless experience with their smart home technology. As a vital part of our team, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and support the growing demand for smart home solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology
  • Assist clients with product inquiries, setup processes, and troubleshooting issues
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best usage practices
  • Gather and convey customer feedback to improve our smart home technology offerings
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in smart home technology
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service aptitude and a problem-solving mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in technology or smart home products, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for technology and a commitment to helping customers enhance their home experience
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is beneficial
